Shipping
How long does shipping take?
In stock items will ship within two days from Louisville, KY.
Made to order items will be shipped within 3-5 days from Louisville, KY.
How much is shipping?
Standard USPS shipping is $9.99. For sales totaling $50 or more shipping is free. This is for US addresses only. Overseas shipping is a flat rate of $24.99, with any sales totaling more than $50 is $12.99.
How can I track my shipment?
All shipments will receive a tracking number that you can use to keep tabs on your package.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless there is a defect with your order.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right!
What if I order the wrong size?
All clothing items have size charts so please carefully select your size. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, contact us and we can determine the return process and ship the correct size to you.
Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Each item is made with care, so processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume seasons. We will let you know if your order will be outside of the 2-5 business day window.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to help. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
